Coronavirus Operational Update – July 2020

A Letter from President Chris Cline

We are officially at the halfway point in 2020 and what a year it has been so far. When we met together as a company 6 months ago in our strategy meeting to plan out the year, none of us could have predicted what 2020 had in store for the logistics industry. Sitting here today, I’m not sure what the rest of the year will bring either! However, this is what I DO know:

We are built for this – Over the past few years, we have invested heavily in technology to not only give our employees the best tools and a top-notch work environment, but also the security of a 100% Cloud Computing Stack spread out across multiple data centers. With our HQ in Florida, this was essential for Hurricane season and has proven to be beneficial during the pandemic as well.

It’s about our People – We have been a family-run business for more than 28 years and our employees are our extended family. I am so proud of the flexibility of our employees who have continued to get it done under these difficult and unprecedented circumstances. As we enter July and the continued threat of the Covid pandemic in our areas of operation, we have moved back to 25% capacity in our operations center. Employees that continue to work in our offices have been spaced out to maximize social distancing. Wherever the location, we are 100% committed to continue our award-winning service levels for our customers.

We will ‘Never Settle’ – our company motto ‘Never Settle’ wasn’t developed in a strategic marketing session. It was born and bred in the trenches with our employees and became our rally cry from our determination to get the job done, no matter what. There is a reason that we have such high customer retention and overall satisfaction among our partners. We never quit and we are passionate about what we do. Now, more than ever, our customers know that when the times get tough, they can still rely on Corporate Traffic to get the job done for them.

We are in this together. Please let us know how we can help. Stay healthy and safe!
