Corporate Traffic Logistics has been closely monitoring all developments related to the COVID-19. The health of our employees, customers, and company drivers and carriers is very important to us. We are taking precautionary measures to support health and safety and ensure normal business operations for our customers, many of whom are providing critical medical supplies and consumer goods nationwide.
As situations remain fluid during this outbreak, we have enacted our emergency response plan that we have implemented during past hurricanes and other emergencies to continue operations and minimize disruptions in operations or service levels throughout this situation. In addition, we have made the following precautions at our service centers in Jacksonville, Charlotte and Toledo:
Travel restrictions on all non-critical travel for employees
Limited on-site appointments and interviews. In person internal meetings have also been limited in frequency and size
Increased cleaning and disinfection for our offices
Additional technology to allow for limited and potential full-scale remote operations, including necessary equipment and software to telecommute should the need arise.
